have no comunication with tcm,tech support please help

    1n4bl11d83c146808 can't read the TCM.it doesn't show on auto scan and can't be read on control unit ,but when I do sistem can monitor on ecu it shows as ok ..no tcm comunications codes as well..this is the second vehicle on nissan with the same issue on my maxisys.tech support please can help me

    Is a 2003 nissan altima with 3.5 engine on it ..I work for gregs auto I was the guy who writte the post . I try with their maxisys and my own maxisys pro neither of those can't get me in to the tcm
